“Good location for our purposes.”

“Very clean like new hotel. Nice bedding and good pillows. It matters!! There were plenty of breakfast options. Good fresh coffee. I loved the KoolAid dispenser! Nice touch. Helpful friendly staff at the front desk. We would stay here again.”

“It was good”

“The property is stunning and very beautifully decorated. The patio spaces are amazing and the location is great, near restaurants and bars. Surprising gem in Hastings. Great place to bring a group and share the common spaces.”

“Would not recommend.... Even tho they have a refrigerator and microwave... no coffee, no cups in room (not even plastic ones for water), one tiny garbage can in entire unit, broken window, no tissues, shower curtain missing two rings, rusty bathtub drain..... etc... The woman that checked us in was super nice and even helped me with the wifi. She just recently moved here. I hope she can get them to take care of these issues.... Room was nice and clean, and somewhat updated, but we found bedbug...

“Perfect spot for our size group to all be there for graduation!”

“Awesome home. And perfect for our two night stay. Will stay again if ever in the area.”

“Very spacious plenty of room for everyone nice area”

“DO NOT REFER ANYBODY TO THIS PLACE. IT IS IN HORRIBLE CONDITION. THE STAFF IS ACCOMODATING AND FRIENDLY,BUT THE FACILITY ISN'T SAFE TO STAY IN.”

“It was a perfect location for us . Glad all the bedrooms were not upstairs as we had some that could not have made it. Very well supplied with anything we needed. Close to eating places and to our venue for the wedding. These places spoil you because you have so much more room than in a motel / hotel . Price was very reasonable. I would definitely rent it again if needed.”

“This house was beautiful and spacious!! We had a great stay and would stay here again!! It was perfect for our group!!”

“This is the cutest, roomiest basement VRBO I’ve ever stayed in! We loved the mid century modern decor and the beds were comfortable, nice bedding, ample supplies, and overall a great vibe. We were so busy we were wishing we could have stayed in the apartment more!”
